Deposits & Cancellation Policy

The fine print

In order to confirm your reservation, we will need two nights deposit due within 7 days of booking the reservation. We currently accept checks or money orders only.

Your full balance will be due 60 days prior to check-in. If you decide to cancel your trip more than 60 days (90 days for all holidays and reservations over 14 nights) prior to the time you are scheduled to arrive, your entire deposit will be refunded within 30 days minus the $50 processing fee.

Please note that your deposit will be non-refundable if you cancel your trip less than 60 days (90 days for Christmas/New Year's) prior to the time you are scheduled to arrive. However, if we are able to rebook the unit your entire deposit will be refunded within 30 days minus a $50 processing fee.

To circument any unforseen incidents, we highly recomend trip insurance for your vacation from a company such as Insure My Trip. If you have further questions regarding our cancellation policy, please contact us.
